คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ได้รับเชิญเป็น Keynote Speaker ในเวทีวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ 3RINCs 2026
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ได้รับเกียรติเป็น Keynote Speaker ในการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ The 12th 3R International Scientific Conference on Material Cycles and Waste Management (3RINCs 2026) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 9–11 มีนาคม 2569 ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย
การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “From Biodiversity to Bio-Circular Economy: Environmental Education as the Engine for Green Jobs and 3R Transformation” โดยรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ ได้รับเชิญบรรยายใน Special Session III: Environmental Education for Green Jobs ในหัวข้อ “Turning Waste into Wisdom: Circular Food Systems as Living Laboratories for 3Rs Transformation – Co-Create, Co-Produce, Co-Prosper”
สาระสำคัญของการบรรยายมุ่งเน้นการนำแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy) มาประยุกต์ใช้กับระบบอาหารและของเสียจากภาคการประมง ผ่านโมเดล “Living Laboratories” ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชน นักศึกษา และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องร่วม Co-Create, Co-Produce และ Co-Prosper เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ พัฒนางานวิจัย และต่อยอดสู่ Green Jobs ในอนาคต
ภายในงาน คณบดีฯ ยังได้ร่วมจัด Workshop เรื่อง “Green Human” เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการออกแบบสังคมแห่งความยั่งยืน โดยเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพมนุษย์ให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนสังคมคาร์บอนต่ำและเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การได้รับเชิญครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทสำคัญของคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำในการขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้ด้านความยั่งยืน เทคโนโลยีประมง และการจัดการทรัพยากรทางน้ำในระดับสากลMarch 11, 2026 — Associate Professor Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, was invited as a keynote speaker at the 12th 3R International Scientific Conference on Material Cycles and Waste Management (3RINCs 2026) held in Bangkok from March 9–11, the university said on Tuesday.
Suwannarak delivered a keynote address in Special Session III: Environmental Education for Green Jobs, speaking on the theme “Turning Waste into Wisdom: Circular Food Systems as Living Laboratories for 3Rs Transformation — Co-Create, Co-Produce, Co-Prosper.”
His presentation explored how circular food systems and fisheries-related waste can be transformed into practical learning platforms, enabling communities and academic institutions to jointly develop applied research, promote innovation in waste management and expand opportunities for green jobs.
The dean also co-led a workshop titled “Green Human”, aimed at advancing environmental literacy and strengthening human capacity to support low-carbon societies and circular economy models.
The 3RINCs conference, themed “From Biodiversity to Bio-Circular Economy: Environmental Education as the Engine for Green Jobs and 3R Transformation,” brought together researchers, policymakers and industry experts from around the world to discuss sustainable resource management and waste reduction strategies.
The university said Suwannarak’s participation highlights Thailand’s growing role in promoting sustainable fisheries, circular economy innovation and environmental education at the international level.
