วันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชนกันต์ จิตมนัส รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและประกันคุณภาพ คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เข้าร่วมการประชุมร่วมกับกรมประมงและเครือข่ายโครงการ AQUADAPT เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำอย่างยั่งยืน พร้อมหารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมเพื่อรองรับความท้าทายจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศการประชุมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการขับเคลื่อนการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิด Nature-based Solutions (NbS) หรือแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยอาศัยธรรมชาติ เพื่อเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นและความสามารถในการปรับตัวของภาคการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ ควบคู่ไปกับการส่งเสริม Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) หรือความเสมอภาคทางเพศและการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม เพื่อให้การพัฒนาเป็นไปอย่างครอบคลุมและเกิดประโยชน์ต่อทุกภาคส่วนโอกาสนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากร การพัฒนาระบบการผลิตที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ สถาบันการศึกษา และองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัย การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี และการพัฒนานโยบายด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำอย่างยั่งยืนการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ในเวทีดังกล่าว สะท้อนบทบาทสำคัญของสถาบันการศึกษาในการขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านการประมงและการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ โดยมุ่งยกระดับศักยภาพของภาคการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำไทยให้สามารถรับมือกับผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ เพิ่มความมั่นคงทางอาหาร และก้าวสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในอนาคตJuly 2, 2026 — Associate Professor Dr. Chanagun Chitmanat, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance at the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, participated in a meeting with Thailand’s Department of Fisheries and partners from the AQUADAPT network to exchange knowledge on sustainable aquaculture and strengthen collaboration on climate resilience initiatives.The discussions focused on advancing the application of Nature-based Solutions (NbS) in aquaculture systems, while integrating principles of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) to promote environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive development across the sector.Participants explored strategies to enhance the resilience of aquaculture production in the face of climate change, including ecosystem-based management approaches, innovative farming practices, and the development of research partnerships that can support long-term sustainability.The meeting also provided a platform for government agencies, academic institutions, and project partners to discuss opportunities for joint research, technological innovation, and policy development aimed at improving the adaptive capacity of Thailand’s aquaculture industry.Dr. Chonkan emphasized the importance of collaboration between universities and public-sector organizations in generating scientific knowledge and practical solutions that can help the industry respond to emerging environmental challenges while supporting food security and sustainable economic growth.Maejo University’s participation reflects its continued commitment to advancing research and innovation in fisheries and aquatic resource management, and to contributing to the development of a more climate-resilient and sustainable aquaculture sector in Thailand.

คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ร่วมประชุมคณบดีเกษตรแห่งประเทศไทย ขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายการศึกษาเกษตรไทยสู่ความยั่งยืนและนวัตกรรม / Dean of Maejo University’s Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources Participates in the Meeting of the Association of Agricultural Deans of Thailand, Advancing Sustainable and Innovative Agricultural Education

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณบดีเกษตรแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 2/2569 เมื่อวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 ณ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง วิทยาเขตชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ จังหวัดชุมพร เพื่อร่วมกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาการศึกษา วิจัย และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรของประเทศที่ประชุมได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ที่ได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx300) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 ระดับที่ 3 ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความก้าวหน้าของการบริหารจัดการองค์กรการศึกษาด้านการเกษตรของไทย พร้อมทั้งรับทราบความคืบหน้าการจัดงานเกษตรภาคเหนือ ครั้งที่ 12 “งานเกษตรก้าวหน้า” ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20–28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2570 ณ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เพื่อเป็นเวทีแสดงนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และองค์ความรู้ด้านการเกษตรสมัยใหม่ของประเทศนอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้หารือแนวทางขับเคลื่อนการรับรององค์กรคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์ (Carbon Footprint Organization: CFO) เพื่อผลักดันมหาวิทยาลัยและคณะด้านการเกษตรสู่การเป็นองค์กรสีเขียวที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิตและนักศึกษาผ่านโครงการศึกษาดูงานด้านการเกษตร ณ The Ohio State University ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งนับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการยกระดับประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติอีกหนึ่งประเด็นสำคัญของการประชุมคือการเชิญชวนเข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการสัตวศาสตร์แห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 14 (NASCOT 2026) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Integrating Academia and Innovation to Drive Smart Animal Production” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการผลิตสัตว์อัจฉริยะ และเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ กล่าวว่า การเข้าร่วมประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาการศึกษาด้านเกษตรและทรัพยากรทางน้ำร่วมกับเครือข่ายคณบดีเกษตรทั่วประเทศ โดยคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ พร้อมนำแนวคิดด้านความยั่งยืน การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และการสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรมาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อยกระดับการผลิตบัณฑิต การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการให้ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและความมั่นคงทางอาหารของประเทศในอนาคตAssociate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, participated in the 2nd Meeting of the Association of Agricultural Deans of Thailand (2026) on 22 June 2026 at the Prince of Chumphon Campus, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Chumphon Province, to jointly shape the future direction of agricultural education, research, and inter-university collaboration in Thailand.During the meeting, participants congratulated the Faculty of Agriculture, Ubon Ratchathani University, on achieving EdPEx300 Level 3 recognition for 2026, reflecting significant progress in organizational excellence and quality management within Thailand’s agricultural higher education sector. The meeting also received updates on the preparation for the 12th Northern Agricultural Fair, “Agricultural Advancement Fair,” scheduled to be held from 20–28 February 2027 at the Faculty of Agriculture, Chiang Mai University. The event is expected to serve as a major platform for showcasing modern agricultural technologies, innovations, and knowledge exchange.The meeting further discussed strategies for advancing the Carbon Footprint Organization (CFO) initiative, aiming to transform agricultural faculties and universities into environmentally responsible and sustainable organizations. In addition, participants endorsed a student development and international exposure program through an agricultural study visit at The Ohio State University, USA, which will provide students with valuable opportunities to gain global experience and strengthen international academic networks.Another key agenda item was the promotion of the 14th National Animal Science Conference (NASCOT 2026) under the theme “Integrating Academia and Innovation to Drive Smart Animal Production.” The conference is designed to foster knowledge exchange and innovation among universities, government agencies, and industry partners, with the goal of advancing smart animal production systems in Thailand.Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha stated that participation in this meeting provided an important opportunity to exchange perspectives and collaboratively define the future direction of agricultural and aquatic resource education with agricultural deans from across the country. He emphasized that the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, is committed to embracing sustainability, developing human capital, and promoting innovation in agriculture and aquatic resources. The faculty will apply the insights and collaborative outcomes of this meeting to enhance education, research, and academic services, thereby contributing to national food security and sustainable development in the future.

คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงฯ ม.แม่โจ้ จัดอบรมการเลี้ยงกุ้งก้ามกราม เสริมศักยภาพชุมชนสู่เศรษฐกิจ BCG | Maejo University Hosts Giant Freshwater Prawn Farming Training to Empower Community under BCG Economy

เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 คณะกรรมการบริการวิชาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ได้จัดโครงการฝึกอบรม “การเลี้ยงกุ้งก้ามกราม” ณ ศาลาประชารัฐบ้านหนองหล่ม หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลสันมหาพน อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพฐานเรียนรู้ทางการประมงและนวัตกรรมการผลิตสัตว์น้ำแบบบูรณาการ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจำนวน 20 คนการดำเนินกิจกรรมครั้งนี้นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จงกล พรมยะ และอาจารย์ ดร.ขจรเกียรติ์ ศรีนวลสม อาจารย์ประจำคณะ พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการบริการวิชาการ ได้แก่ นางสาวณัฏฐกานต์ มุกดาจตุรพักตร์ และนายวินัย การะเกตุ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมอย่างใกล้ชิดนอกจากนี้ ยังมีนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ได้แก่ นายชยธร ช่วยจันทร์ และนายภาทิศ ชมเงิน เข้าร่วมสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมและร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้แก่ชุมชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ควบคู่กับการบริการวิชาการการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการประมงและกำหนดแนวทางในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้กับชุมชนบ้านสันมหาพนอย่างยั่งยืน มุ่งเน้นการสร้างรายได้ ยกระดับศักยภาพสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และสอดคล้องกับแนวทางเศรษฐกิจ BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy)ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการบริการวิชาการยังได้ลงพื้นที่เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมการเลี้ยงปลาดุกของกลุ่มประมงในชุมชน พร้อมเข้าเยี่ยมชมกิจกรรมด้านเกษตรอินทรีย์ ณ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนเกษตรอินทรีย์ผสมผสานบ้านสันปู่เลย ตำบลแม่แตง อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อให้คำปรึกษาและวางแผนแนวทางต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการประมง รองรับการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรในพื้นที่การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนงานโครงการสร้างเสริมความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนและสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ด้านการประมงในระดับชุมชนต่อไปในอนาคตOn 18 June 2026, the Academic Service Committee of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, organized a training workshop on “Giant Freshwater Prawn Culture” at the Pracharat Community Pavilion, Ban Nong Lom, Village No. 5, San Mahaphon Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The activity was conducted under the project on developing fisheries learning bases and integrated aquatic animal production innovations, with a total of 20 participants attending the training.The activity was led by Associate Professor Dr. Jongkol Promya and Dr. Khajornkiat Srinualsom, faculty members, together with the Academic Service Committee members, Ms. Nattakarn Mukdajaturapuk and Mr. Winai Karaket, who served as trainers providing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice to the participants.In addition, fourth-year students from the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Mr. Chayathorn Chuaychan and Mr. Phathit Chomngern, actively supported the implementation of the activity and contributed to knowledge transfer within the community, enhancing their practical learning experience alongside academic service.The objective of this training was to extend fisheries knowledge and establish guidelines for sustainable development of fisheries practices in Ban San Mahaphon community. The program aims to generate income, enhance local capacity, and support community members in becoming entrepreneurs in alignment with the Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG) model.On this occasion, the Academic Service Committee also conducted a field visit to monitor the progress of a catfish farming activity run by the local fisheries group. The team further visited an organic agriculture initiative at the Integrated Organic Agriculture Community Enterprise Group of Ban San Pu Loei, Mae Taeng Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. During the visit, they provided consultation and jointly planned further development of fisheries knowledge to strengthen the capacity of local farmers.These activities are part of an ongoing initiative under the sustainable community strengthening project, aiming to improve livelihoods and establish robust community-based fisheries learning networks in the future.

เมื่อวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ได้จัดพิธีบวงสรวงและวางศิลาฤกษ์อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์นวัตกรรมการเกษตร เพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และแสดงผลงานด้านนวัตกรรมการเกษตรของมหาวิทยาลัยในอนาคตในโอกาสนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.เทพ เทพพงษ์พานิช นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ และคณะผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงทั้งนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษณ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุดมลักษ์ สมพงษ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีในครั้งนี้ด้วยพิธีดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เพื่อสนับสนุนการสร้างองค์ความรู้และการพัฒนาการเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปOn June 18, 2026, Maejo University held a ritual ceremony and foundation stone laying for the Agricultural Innovation Museum Building, which will serve as a center for learning and showcasing agricultural innovations in the future.The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Thep Theppongpanich, Chairman of the University Council of Maejo University. The event was also attended by Associate Professor Dr. Weerapol Thongma, President of Maejo University, along with the university’s executives.On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Udomluk Sompong, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services, also participated in the ceremony.This event marks another significant step in strengthening Maejo University’s infrastructure for education and innovation, supporting knowledge development and sustainable agricultural advancement in the future.

วันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2569 ทีมงานจาก ไทยพอเพียง ได้เข้าศึกษาดูงานด้าน Smart Aquaculture and Business เพื่อเรียนรู้แนวทางการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมสมัยใหม่ สำหรับนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบการผลิตอาหารของชุมชน และสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารในระดับหมู่บ้านอย่างยั่งยืนในการนี้ คณะผู้ศึกษาดูงานได้รับการต้อนรับจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ พร้อมด้วย นายประเสริฐ ประสงค์ผล ซึ่งได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ระบบการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำอัจฉริยะ (Smart Aquaculture) ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพน้ำ การให้อาหาร การติดตามการเจริญเติบโตของสัตว์น้ำ และการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตที่ปลอดภัย มีคุณภาพ และลดต้นทุนการผลิตนอกจากนี้ ยังมีการนำเสนอแนวคิดการพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจชุมชน (Community-Based Aquaculture Business) ที่เชื่อมโยงการผลิต การแปรรูป และการตลาด เพื่อสร้างรายได้และเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิตให้แก่ชุมชน โดยยึดหลักการพึ่งพาตนเองตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง“เลี้ยงปลาเพื่อเลี้ยงชุมชน” เป็นแนวคิดสำคัญที่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดในครั้งนี้ โดยมุ่งหวังให้การเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำไม่เพียงเป็นแหล่งอาหารที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับคนในพื้นที่เท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นเครื่องมือในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนในระยะยาวการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างภาควิชาการและภาคประชาชน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมการผลิตอาหารของชุมชน และพัฒนาต้นแบบการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำที่สามารถขยายผลสู่พื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ของประเทศได้ในอนาคตJune 11, 2026 — A delegation from Thai Sufficiency on Thursday visited Maejo University to study smart aquaculture and business models, aiming to apply modern technology and innovation to strengthen community-based food production systems.The group was received by Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, along with Prasert Prasongphon. Discussions focused on sharing knowledge, practical experience and approaches for applying aquaculture technologies to improve livelihoods at the community level.The study visit highlighted smart aquaculture systems that integrate technology into water quality management, automated feeding, growth monitoring and production planning. Such systems are designed to improve efficiency, ensure product safety and quality, and reduce production costs.Participants were also introduced to community-based aquaculture business models that link production, processing and marketing. The approach aims to increase income and add value to local products, guided by Thailand’s sufficiency economy philosophy, which emphasizes self-reliance and sustainable development.A central concept emphasized during the visit was “raising fish to sustain communities,” underscoring aquaculture’s role not only as a source of safe food but also as a driver of long-term economic, social and environmental resilience.Organizers said the initiative marks an important step in building collaboration between academic institutions and local communities. The partnership is expected to support innovation in food production and develop scalable aquaculture models that can be expanded to other regions across the country.

คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ จัดโครงการฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การเพาะเลี้ยงและแปรรูปปูนาเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ เมื่อวันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงปูนาอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากปูนาให้มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐานภายในโครงการ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่หลักการเพาะเลี้ยงปูนา การจัดการฟาร์ม การดูแลสุขภาพสัตว์น้ำ ตลอดจนกระบวนการผลิต น้ำปูร้าปรุงรส ที่สอดคล้องกับหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่ดีในการผลิตอาหาร (Good Manufacturing Practice: GMP) เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สามารถแข่งขันในตลาดได้การอบรมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวน 31 คน ประกอบด้วยเกษตรกร กลุ่มแม่บ้าน วิสาหกิจชุมชน และผู้สนใจในพื้นที่อำเภอสันทรายและอำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งนับเป็นการส่งเสริมศักยภาพชุมชนในการพัฒนาอาชีพและสร้างรายได้อย่างยั่งยืนทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 2 ท่าน ได้แก่ว่าที่ร้อยตรี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จงกล พรมยะอาจารย์ ดร.วาธิณี อินทรพงษ์นุวัฒน์มาร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิดโครงการดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญที่มุ่งยกระดับองค์ความรู้ด้านประมงของชุมชน สร้างโอกาสในการต่อยอดสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการ พร้อมทั้งเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์จากทรัพยากรท้องถิ่นให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในเชิงเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืนThe Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources has held a training program aimed at promoting sustainable aquaculture and value-added processing of rice field crabs, as part of efforts to strengthen local livelihoods and small-scale fisheries enterprises.The program, titled “Cultivation and Processing of Rice Field Crabs for Economic Value Enhancement,” took place on May 19, 2026, bringing together 31 participants from San Sai and Mae Rim districts in Chiang Mai province, including farmers, housewives, community enterprise members and interested individuals.The training focused on transferring practical and scientific knowledge on crab farming techniques, covering farm management, breeding practices and basic animal health care. Participants also received hands-on instruction in producing seasoned fermented crab paste, a local product with growing market potential.Organizers emphasized compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, aiming to ensure food safety, product quality and market competitiveness. The initiative is intended to help participants upgrade their production processes and develop commercially viable products.The session featured two expert speakers: Acting Sub Lt. Associate Professor Dr. Jongkol Promya and Dr. Watinee Intharapongnuwat, who provided technical guidance and shared experiences with participants.Officials said the training is part of a broader strategy to support community-based enterprises and encourage the sustainable use of local aquatic resources while creating new economic opportunities.The program is expected to help participants expand into small-scale fisheries businesses and improve income generation through value-added products derived from locally available resources.
