คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ จัดบรรยายการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากไข่ผำ, การเลี้ยงไข่ผำรูปแบบต่าง ๆ และฝึกปฏิบัติการเพาะเลี้ยงและเก็บผลผลิต/Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources Hosts Training on Egg-Pam Processing and Cultivation Techniques

วันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ได้จัดกิจกรรมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เชิงวิชาการและทักษะปฏิบัติจริงด้านการใช้ประโยชน์จาก ไข่ผำ (สาหร่ายผำ) ซึ่งเป็นทรัพยากรทางน้ำพื้นบ้านที่มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการสูงและมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เชิงพาณิชย์ กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ประจำคณะคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ เป็นวิทยากรหลัก ถ่ายทอดความรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอย่างใกล้ชิดกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนสำคัญ ได้แก่?? 1. การบรรยาย “การแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากไข่ผำ”วิทยากรอาจารย์ประจำคณะได้ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประโยชน์และคุณค่าทางโภชนาการของไข่ผำการเตรียมวัตถุดิบเทคนิคการแปรรูปและถนอมอาหารแนวทางพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ไข่ผำอบกรอบ ผงไข่ผำปรุงรส และเมนูอาหารใหม่ ๆ ช่วยกระตุ้นการต่อยอดสร้างอาชีพและผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน?? 2. การบรรยาย “การเลี้ยงไข่ผำรูปแบบต่าง ๆ”เนื้อหาครอบคลุมหลักการเพาะเลี้ยงไข่ผำตั้งแต่พื้นฐานจนถึงการจัดการให้ได้ผลผลิตสูง อาทิการเลี้ยงในบ่อซีเมนต์บ่อน้ำธรรมชาติระบบน้ำหมุนเวียนการเลี้ยงในภาชนะสำหรับครัวเรือน โดยอาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้อธิบายวิธีควบคุมคุณภาพน้ำ การเพิ่มผลผลิต และแนวทางแก้ปัญหาในการเลี้ยง?? 3. การฝึกปฏิบัติจริง ณ ฟาร์มสาหร่ายและผำสไปพรัสผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้การเพาะเลี้ยงไข่ผำแบบครบวงจร พร้อมฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในการเตรียมบ่อเลี้ยงคัดเลือกสายพันธุ์ดูแลระยะการเจริญเติบโตสังเกตคุณภาพน้ำการเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตอย่างถูกต้องฟาร์มสาหร่ายและผำสไปพรัสให้การสนับสนุนพื้นที่เรียนรู้จริง ทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงจากการฝึกปฏิบัติ พร้อมคำแนะนำจากอาจารย์ประจำคณะที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยตรงกิจกรรมได้รับความสนใจจากนักศึกษาและประชาชนเป็นจำนวนมาก ผู้เข้าร่วมต่างชื่นชมรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่เข้มข้น ครบทั้งทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ สามารถนำความรู้ไปปรับใช้เพื่อสร้างอาชีพและพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากได้จริง คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำยังคงมุ่งมั่นจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้แก่ชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่องThe Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources organized a training program combining academic instruction and hands-on practice on the utilization of egg-pam (freshwater pearl algae), a traditional aquatic resource valued for its high nutritional content and commercial potential. Faculty lecturers served as lead speakers, delivering both theoretical and practical sessions directly to participants.The program consisted of three key components:1. Lecture on “Processing Egg-Pam into Value-Added Products”Faculty specialists provided guidance on:Nutritional benefits and properties of egg-pamRaw-material preparation techniquesProcessing and preservation methodsProduct development opportunities, including crispy egg-pam snacks, seasoned egg-pam powder, and new food applicationsThe session highlighted pathways for community-level entrepreneurship and product innovation.2. Lecture on “Egg-Pam Cultivation Models”The lecture covered principles of egg-pam production, from basic biology to high-yield management practices, including:Cement-tank cultivationNatural pond systemsRecirculating-water setupsHousehold-scale container cultivationFaculty experts explained water-quality control, productivity enhancement, and solutions to common cultivation challenges.3. Hands-On Training at the Spyrus Algae and Pam FarmParticipants received full-cycle practical training, including:Pond and tank preparationStrain selectionGrowth-stage managementWater-quality monitoringProper harvesting techniquesThe Spyrus Algae and Pam Farm provided an on-site learning environment, allowing participants to gain direct experience under the supervision of academic specialists.The program drew strong interest from students and community members. Participants praised the intensive structure, which integrated both theory and practical training. Many expressed confidence that the knowledge gained could be applied to small-scale enterprise development and local economic improvement.The Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources stated that it remains committed to delivering community-focused training programs aimed at strengthening local livelihoods through sustainable use of aquatic resources.
