คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ร่วมประชุมคณบดีเกษตรแห่งประเทศไทย ขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายการศึกษาเกษตรไทยสู่ความยั่งยืนและนวัตกรรม / Dean of Maejo University’s Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources Participates in the Meeting of the Association of Agricultural Deans of Thailand, Advancing Sustainable and Innovative Agricultural Education

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณบดีเกษตรแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 2/2569 เมื่อวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 ณ สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง วิทยาเขตชุมพรเขตรอุดมศักดิ์ จังหวัดชุมพร เพื่อร่วมกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาการศึกษา วิจัย และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการเกษตรของประเทศที่ประชุมได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ที่ได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx300) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 ระดับที่ 3 ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความก้าวหน้าของการบริหารจัดการองค์กรการศึกษาด้านการเกษตรของไทย พร้อมทั้งรับทราบความคืบหน้าการจัดงานเกษตรภาคเหนือ ครั้งที่ 12 “งานเกษตรก้าวหน้า” ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 20–28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2570 ณ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เพื่อเป็นเวทีแสดงนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และองค์ความรู้ด้านการเกษตรสมัยใหม่ของประเทศนอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้หารือแนวทางขับเคลื่อนการรับรององค์กรคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์ (Carbon Footprint Organization: CFO) เพื่อผลักดันมหาวิทยาลัยและคณะด้านการเกษตรสู่การเป็นองค์กรสีเขียวที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิตและนักศึกษาผ่านโครงการศึกษาดูงานด้านการเกษตร ณ The Ohio State University ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งนับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการยกระดับประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติอีกหนึ่งประเด็นสำคัญของการประชุมคือการเชิญชวนเข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการสัตวศาสตร์แห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 14 (NASCOT 2026) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Integrating Academia and Innovation to Drive Smart Animal Production” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการผลิตสัตว์อัจฉริยะ และเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ กล่าวว่า การเข้าร่วมประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาการศึกษาด้านเกษตรและทรัพยากรทางน้ำร่วมกับเครือข่ายคณบดีเกษตรทั่วประเทศ โดยคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ พร้อมนำแนวคิดด้านความยั่งยืน การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และการสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรมาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อยกระดับการผลิตบัณฑิต การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการให้ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและความมั่นคงทางอาหารของประเทศในอนาคตAssociate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, participated in the 2nd Meeting of the Association of Agricultural Deans of Thailand (2026) on 22 June 2026 at the Prince of Chumphon Campus, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Chumphon Province, to jointly shape the future direction of agricultural education, research, and inter-university collaboration in Thailand.During the meeting, participants congratulated the Faculty of Agriculture, Ubon Ratchathani University, on achieving EdPEx300 Level 3 recognition for 2026, reflecting significant progress in organizational excellence and quality management within Thailand’s agricultural higher education sector. The meeting also received updates on the preparation for the 12th Northern Agricultural Fair, “Agricultural Advancement Fair,” scheduled to be held from 20–28 February 2027 at the Faculty of Agriculture, Chiang Mai University. The event is expected to serve as a major platform for showcasing modern agricultural technologies, innovations, and knowledge exchange.The meeting further discussed strategies for advancing the Carbon Footprint Organization (CFO) initiative, aiming to transform agricultural faculties and universities into environmentally responsible and sustainable organizations. In addition, participants endorsed a student development and international exposure program through an agricultural study visit at The Ohio State University, USA, which will provide students with valuable opportunities to gain global experience and strengthen international academic networks.Another key agenda item was the promotion of the 14th National Animal Science Conference (NASCOT 2026) under the theme “Integrating Academia and Innovation to Drive Smart Animal Production.” The conference is designed to foster knowledge exchange and innovation among universities, government agencies, and industry partners, with the goal of advancing smart animal production systems in Thailand.Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha stated that participation in this meeting provided an important opportunity to exchange perspectives and collaboratively define the future direction of agricultural and aquatic resource education with agricultural deans from across the country. He emphasized that the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, is committed to embracing sustainability, developing human capital, and promoting innovation in agriculture and aquatic resources. The faculty will apply the insights and collaborative outcomes of this meeting to enhance education, research, and academic services, thereby contributing to national food security and sustainable development in the future.

บูรณาการบริการวิชาการสู่การเรียนรู้จริง นำนักศึกษาพืชผัก ม.แม่โจ้ ศึกษาดูงานและฝึกปฏิบัติด้านประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ | Maejo University Integrates Academic Services with Teaching, Enhancing Students’ Practical Skills in Fisheries and Agriculture

เมื่อวันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการงานบริการวิชาการ นำโดย นางสาวณัฏฐกานต์ มุกดาจตุรพักตร์ ร่วมด้วยคณาจารย์ ได้แก่อาจารย์ ดร.ขจรเกียรติ์ ศรีนวลสมดร.เทพพิทักษ์ บุญทานางสาวน้ำเพชร ประกอบศิลป์ได้ดำเนินการ บูรณาการกิจกรรมบริการวิชาการร่วมกับการเรียนการสอน ในรายวิชาฝึกงานภายใน สาขาวิชาพืชผัก คณะผลิตกรรมการเกษตร โดยมี อาจารย์ ดร.แสงเดือน อินชนบท เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบและประสานงานในการนี้ ได้นำนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 52 คน เข้าศึกษาดูงานและฝึกปฏิบัติ ณ คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้กับหลักสูตร และพัฒนาทักษะด้านการเกษตรและการประมงแบบบูรณาการ โดยกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย?? กิจกรรมด้านวิชาการการบรรยายพิเศษเรื่อง “ระบบนิเวศและการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางน้ำ” โดย รศ.ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์การเพาะเลี้ยง สาหร่ายสไปรูลินา เพื่อใช้ในระบบเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ โดย รศ.ดร.จงกล พรมยะการเลี้ยงปลาในระบบ ไบโอฟลอค (Biofloc) เพื่อรองรับการผลิตสัตว์น้ำอินทรีย์ โดย รศ.ดร.นิสรา กิจเจริญ?? กิจกรรมศึกษาดูงานและฝึกปฏิบัติสถานแสดงพรรณปลาภาคเหนือพิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยาทางน้ำแม่โจ้ระบบการเลี้ยงปลานิลแบบไบโอฟลอคการเพาะเลี้ยงสาหร่ายสไปรูลินานอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังได้ร่วมกิจกรรม พัฒนาพื้นที่ทางเข้าฟาร์มผลิตของคณะฯ และฝึกปฏิบัติ ทักษะการลากอวนจับสัตว์น้ำในบ่อดิน โดยมีนักศึกษาสาขาการประมงและนวัตกรรมการผลิตสัตว์น้ำ ชั้นปีที่ 3–4 ร่วมเป็นพี่เลี้ยง ตลอดกิจกรรม เพื่อถ่ายทอดและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ช่วยเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์จริง และส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาสามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนและการพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ?? พิธีปิดและการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการก่อนเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรม คณบดีได้มอบ โปสเตอร์ชนิดพันธุ์ปลาในแม่น้ำปิงและแม่น้ำโขง ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม อีกทั้ง ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จิราพร โรจน์ทินกร ได้ให้ความอนุเคราะห์มอบ วัสดุอุปกรณ์สำหรับการทำปุ๋ยหมัก แก่หัวหน้าสาขา เพื่อนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางวิชาการในอนาคตOn June 17, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, Chiang Mai, together with the Academic Service Committee led by Ms. Nattakan Mukdachatupak, and faculty members including Dr. Khajornkiat Srinualsom, Dr. Thepphitak Buntha, and Ms. Namphat Prakobsin, organized an integrated academic service activity in conjunction with teaching and learning.This activity was conducted as part of the internal internship course for the Vegetable Science Program, Faculty of Agricultural Production, under the responsibility and coordination of Dr. Sangduan Inchanabot. A total of 52 third-year students participated in a study visit and hands-on training at the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources. The program aimed to integrate knowledge with the curriculum and enhance students’ skills in agriculture and fisheries.The activity consisted of the following components:A special lecture on “Ecosystems and Aquatic Resource Management” delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apinan Suwanrak.Training on Spirulina cultivation for aquaculture by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jongkol Promya.A workshop on biofloc fish culture systems for organic aquaculture production by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nisara Kitcharoen.Study visits to learning stations within the faculty, including the Northern Fish Species Exhibition Center, Maejo Aquatic Natural History Museum, Nile tilapia culture using the biofloc system, and Spirulina cultivation facilities.In addition, the students participated in improving the entrance area of the faculty’s production farm and practiced net casting techniques for catching aquatic animals in earthen ponds. Senior students from the Fisheries and Aquatic Production Innovation Program (3rd–4th year) served as mentors throughout the activities, facilitating knowledge exchange and supporting the participants in applying their learning effectively.At the conclusion of the program, the Dean presented posters of fish species from the Ping and Mekong Rivers. Furthermore, Assistant Professor Dr. Jiraphorn Rojtinakorn kindly donated materials and equipment for compost production to the program head for future academic use.
