ผอ.ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาประมงน้ำจืดเชียงใหม่ หารือความร่วมมือวิจัยด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย Carbon Neutrality | Dr. Prasan Leads Discussion on Research Collaboration in Natural Resource Management and Carbon Neutrality

ดร.ประสาน พรโสภิณ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาประมงน้ำจืดเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วย ดร.อุไรวรรณ ชำนาญเวช ผู้อำนวยการกองวิจัย กรมประมง เข้าหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับคณะผู้บริหารและนักวิจัย เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางบูรณาการความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัย การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน (Carbon Neutrality) ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนการประชุมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานด้านการประมง สถาบันการศึกษา และภาคีเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อส่งเสริมการศึกษาวิจัยด้านความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำ การฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศแหล่งน้ำ การประเมินและติดตามศักยภาพการกักเก็บคาร์บอนในระบบนิเวศน้ำจืด ตลอดจนการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพนอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาโครงการวิจัยร่วม การจัดทำและพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลด้านทรัพยากรประมงและสิ่งแวดล้อม การสนับสนุนและพัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ รวมถึงการผลักดันผลงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงนโยบายและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ในระดับต่าง ๆความร่วมมือดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก เพิ่มศักยภาพการกักเก็บคาร์บอนของระบบนิเวศ และเสริมสร้างการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างสมดุล ซึ่งจะเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว (Green Economy) และเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs)การหารือครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการวิจัย โดยมุ่งสร้างองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของทรัพยากรประมงและสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทย พร้อมรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอนในอนาคตอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม.Dr. Prasan Pornsopin, Director of the Chiang Mai Inland Fisheries Research and Development Center, together with Dr. Uraiwan Chamnawat, Director of the Research Division of the Department of Fisheries, held a collaborative meeting with executives and researchers to explore academic partnerships in research, natural resource conservation, and the advancement of Carbon Neutrality and sustainable development goals.The discussion focused on establishing a collaborative network among fisheries agencies, academic institutions, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen research on aquatic biodiversity, freshwater ecosystem restoration, and the assessment and monitoring of carbon sequestration in freshwater ecosystems. The meeting also emphasized the development of knowledge, technologies, and innovations that can be applied to enhance the efficient management of natural resources.In addition, both parties exchanged ideas on the development of joint research projects, the establishment of fisheries and environmental databases, and initiatives to support and nurture the next generation of researchers. Discussions also covered strategies for translating research outcomes into policy recommendations and area-based development initiatives.The collaboration aims to support greenhouse gas reduction efforts while enhancing the carbon storage capacity of natural ecosystems. These initiatives will contribute to Thailand’s transition toward a Green Economy and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through science-based resource management and environmental stewardship.The meeting marks an important step in strengthening academic and research cooperation, fostering innovative solutions, and enhancing the sustainable management of Thailand’s fisheries resources and environmental assets in alignment with national sustainability objectives and the country’s long-term Carbon Neutrality ambitions.

รองคณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงฯ ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาดูงานธนาคารปูม้าและธนาคารสัตว์น้ำต้นแบบ จ.ชลบุรี ต่อยอดองค์ความรู้สู่การพัฒนาการประมงอย่างยั่งยืน|Fisheries Academic Visits Community-Led Marine Conservation Projects in Chonburi

เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชนกันต์ จิตมนัส รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ได้ลงพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำ ณ ธนาคารปูม้าแสมสาร ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ทางทะเลและการอนุรักษ์ ตำบลแสมสาร อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี พร้อมศึกษาดูงานรูปแบบการดำเนินงานของ ธนาคารสัตว์น้ำ กลุ่มประมงต้นแบบด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรประมงโดยชุมชนบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรีการลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำของชุมชน ตลอดจนเรียนรู้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรประมงอย่างยั่งยืน โดยธนาคารปูม้าแสมสารและธนาคารสัตว์น้ำชุมชนบางละมุงถือเป็นต้นแบบที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทางทะเล ผ่านการรวบรวมแม่พันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ การเพาะฟักและปล่อยลูกสัตว์น้ำคืนสู่ธรรมชาติ รวมถึงการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างชุมชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และสถาบันการศึกษาจากการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ครั้งนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชนกันต์ จิตมนัส ได้รับองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่าเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำโดยชุมชน ซึ่งสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรด้านการประมงให้มีความรู้ความสามารถที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในปัจจุบันทั้งนี้ องค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับจะเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการต่อยอดสู่การสร้างนวัตกรรมด้านการประมง การพัฒนากำลังคน และการขับเคลื่อนการใช้ประโยชน์ทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำอย่างสมดุล พร้อมสนับสนุนการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูทรัพยากรทางทะเลให้เกิดความยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต.July 3, 2026 — Associate Professor Dr. Chanagun Chitmanat, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Educational Quality Assurance, conducted a field visit to two community-based marine conservation initiatives in Chonburi province on Thursday, gathering insights that could strengthen fisheries education, research, and outreach activities aimed at sustainable resource management.The visit included the Samaesarn Blue Swimming Crab Bank at the Marine Science and Conservation Camp in Sattahip district, as well as a study tour of the Aquatic Animal Bank, a community fisheries group in Bang Lamung recognized as a model for locally managed fisheries resource conservation.During the visit, Dr. Chonkan exchanged knowledge with local practitioners and community leaders involved in the conservation and restoration of marine resources. Discussions focused on practical approaches to fisheries management, community participation, and the role of local stewardship in maintaining the long-term sustainability of aquatic ecosystems.The Samaesarn Blue Swimming Crab Bank is regarded as an important local initiative that supports the replenishment of marine resources through broodstock conservation, hatchery practices, and the release of juvenile crabs back into natural habitats. Similarly, the Bang Lamung community fisheries group has gained recognition for its participatory management model, which integrates local knowledge with conservation principles to promote sustainable fisheries.According to Dr. Chonkan, the experience provided valuable insights into effective community-led conservation strategies and highlighted the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, local communities, and stakeholders in addressing environmental challenges.Knowledge and experiences gained from the study visit will be applied to enhance teaching and learning activities, advance research initiatives, and expand academic service programs. The outcomes are expected to contribute to the development of innovative fisheries practices and the preparation of a skilled workforce capable of balancing aquatic resource utilization with conservation goals.The visit forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic engagement with real-world fisheries management practices and support sustainable approaches to marine resource conservation in Thailand.
