รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เข้าร่วมการสัมมนานโยบายและกลไกการขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่ม 2 สู่ศูนย์กลางนวัตกรรมและเศรษฐกิจมูลค่าสูง ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Presidents’ Engagement Forum on Technology and Innovation Development” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 8–9 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

ระดมสมองกำหนดทิศทาง ขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้

การประชุมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญเพื่อกำหนดทิศทางและกลไกการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่ม 2 ให้มีบทบาทหลักในการ:

  • พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ที่ตอบโจทย์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของประเทศ

  • สร้างกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง เพื่อรองรับตลาดงานและอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต

  • พัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้ (Knowledge-based Economy) ของประเทศไทย

โดยมีผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศเข้าร่วมอย่างคับคั่ง เพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นอันเป็นประโยชน์ และวางแนวทางความร่วมมือร่วมกันในอนาคต

ปลัด อว. มอบนโยบาย เน้นงานวิจัยที่ใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง

โอกาสนี้ ที่ประชุมได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศุภชัย ปทุมนากุล ปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) มาร่วมมอบนโยบายและวิสัยทัศน์ในการพัฒนาอุดมศึกษาไทย

        "ปลัดกระทรวง อว. ได้เน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทสำคัญของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการเป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจฐานนวัตกรรม การผลิตกำลังคนที่มีคุณภาพสูง ตลอดจนการสร้างสรรค์งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงเศรษฐกิจและสังคมได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน"

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources at Mae Jo University, attended the policy seminar and driving mechanism forum for the Group 2 University Network. The event, themed “Presidents’ Engagement Forum on Technology and Innovation Development,” was held from June 8–9, 2026, in Chiang Mai.

Shaping the Future of a Knowledge-Based Economy

The primary objective of this forum was to define strategic directions and mechanisms enabling Group 2 universities to play a pivotal role in national development. Key focus areas included:

  • Advancing Technology and Innovation to effectively respond to national and global changes.

  • Developing High-Performance Workforce Capabilities to meet the demands of future industries.

  • Fostering a Knowledge-Based Economy across Thailand.

The event brought together university executives and leaders from across the country to exchange insights, share vision, and establish frameworks for future collaboration.

MHESI Permanent Secretary Emphasizes Impactful Research

The forum was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Supachai Pathumnakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), who delivered the keynote policy and vision for the future of Thai higher education.

"The Permanent Secretary emphasized that universities must serve as crucial engines in driving an innovation-based economy. He highlighted the vital importance of cultivating high-quality human resources and generating research and innovations that deliver tangible economic and social benefits for sustainable national growth."

เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ได้รับมอบหมายจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วีระพล ทองมา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เป็นผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมประชุมหารือและนำเสนอแนวคิดการพัฒนา เขตนวัตกรรมมูลค่าสูง (Maejo Agricultural Innovation District: MAID) ต่อรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ณ อาคารกระทรวง อว. เขตพญาไท กรุงเทพมหานครการประชุมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวง อว. และสมาคมการผังเมืองไทย โดยมีผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของประเทศเข้าร่วม ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ตลอดจนเครือข่ายผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวางผังเมืองและนวัตกรรม เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนแนวทางการพัฒนาเขตนวัตกรรมในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ของประเทศในการประชุม รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวง อว. ได้รับฟังข้อเสนอจากทุกภาคส่วน และมีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการ พร้อมเตรียมจัดตั้ง คณะทำงานเฉพาะกิจ เพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย ก่อนนำเสนอเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะรัฐมนตรีต่อไปสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ได้นำเสนอแนวคิดการพัฒนาเขตนวัตกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ Intelligent Well-being Agriculture (IWA) ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม ร่วมกับภาคผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐาน เกษตร อาหาร และสุขภาพแห่งอนาคต โดยเชื่อมโยงตั้งแต่งานวิจัย การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การลงทุน ไปจนถึงการสร้างธุรกิจนวัตกรรมในพื้นที่อย่างครบวงจรการผลักดันเขตนวัตกรรมมูลค่าสูงในครั้งนี้ คาดว่าจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สำคัญ ได้แก่การยกระดับผู้ประกอบการฐานนวัตกรรมการดึงดูดการลงทุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชนการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และมาตรการส่งเสริมการลงทุนการพัฒนากำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงการจัดตั้ง Agri-Food & Wellness Innovation Hub ที่เชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยสู่เชิงพาณิชย์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ในการขับเคลื่อนสู่ มหาวิทยาลัยนวัตกรรม เพื่อสนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้ของประเทศ และสร้างระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับชาติOn June 10, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources at Maejo University, was appointed by Associate Professor Dr. Weerapol Thongma, President of Maejo University, to represent the university at a policy discussion meeting with the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) in Bangkok.During the meeting, Maejo University presented its concept for developing the Maejo Agricultural Innovation District (MAID), aimed at establishing a high-value innovation zone. The event was jointly organized by MHESI and the Thai Town Planning Association, with participation from leading Thai universities including Prince of Songkla University, Khon Kaen University, Suranaree University of Technology, Burapha University, and experts in urban planning and innovation.The Minister acknowledged the proposals and approved them in principle, with plans to appoint a special task force to refine policy recommendations before submitting them to the Cabinet for further consideration.Maejo University’s proposal aligns with its strategic framework of Intelligent Well-being Agriculture (IWA). This approach emphasizes the integration of knowledge, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship to drive a future-oriented economy based on agriculture, food, and health. 10 มิถุนายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เข้าพบ ดร.ฐิติพร หลาวประเสริฐ อธิบดีกรมประมง เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการ การวิจัย และการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำของประเทศในการหารือครั้งนี้ ทั้งสองหน่วยงานได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทิศทางการพัฒนางานวิจัยด้านการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ เพื่อรองรับความท้าทายสำคัญในปัจจุบัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประเด็นความมั่นคงทางอาหาร การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การอนุรักษ์ความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพทางน้ำ ตลอดจนการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรประมงอย่างยั่งยืนนอกจากนี้ ยังได้หารือถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรร่วมกันในทุกระดับ ทั้งนักวิจัย นักวิชาการ และนิสิตนักศึกษา ผ่านรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย อาทิ การฝึกอบรม การศึกษาดูงาน และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการวิจัยร่วมระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้และกรมประมง เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมการประมงของประเทศการพบปะหารือในครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ บุคลากร และนวัตกรรมด้านการประมง อันจะนำไปสู่การเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหาร การใช้ประโยชน์ทรัพยากรทางน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน และการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนไทยในระยะยาวJune 10, 2026 — Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources at Maejo University, paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Thitiporn Laoprasert, Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, to discuss collaborative approaches in academic affairs, research, and human resource development in the field of fisheries and aquatic resources.During the meeting, both parties exchanged views on strategic directions for advancing research in fisheries and aquatic resource management. The discussions addressed key challenges, including food security, climate change, aquatic biodiversity conservation, and the sustainable management of fisheries resources.In addition, the two organizations explored joint initiatives to develop human resources at all levels—researchers, academics, and students—through training programs, study visits, and knowledge exchange activities. They also discussed support for collaborative research projects between Maejo University and the Department of Fisheries, aimed at strengthening national capabilities in fisheries science, technology, and innovation.This meeting marks an important step in reinforcing collaboration between higher education institutions and government agencies. The partnership is expected to contribute to the advancement of knowledge, workforce development, and innovation in the fisheries sector, ultimately promoting food security, sustainable utilization of aquatic resources, and improved quality of life for the Thai people in the long term.

เชียงใหม่ (8 มิถุนายน 2569) – รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษณ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.โดม อดุลย์สุข รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและกิจการพิเศษ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ เข้าร่วมประชุมรับฟังแนวทางสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการร่วมกับคณะผู้บริหารจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีเฉาหยาง (Chaoyang University of Technology) ประเทศไต้หวัน ณ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้1การหารือในครั้งนี้ นำโดย Prof. Tao-Ming Cheng, Ph.D. อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัย Chaoyang University of Technology พร้อมด้วยผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานการศึกษาของไต้หวัน โดยมีวาระสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาร่วมกัน ดังนี้:หลักสูตรสองปริญญา (Double Degree): ผลักดันการเรียนการสอนข้ามสถาบันเพื่อยกระดับทักษะของนักศึกษางานวิจัยร่วม (Joint Research): พัฒนางานวิจัยนวัตกรรมด้านการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำในระดับสากลทุนการศึกษาเต็มจำนวน: แนะนำโอกาสการรับทุนฟรีจากหน่วยงานการศึกษาไต้หวันสำหรับนักเรียนนักศึกษาไทยที่สนใจการวางแผนความร่วมมือ: กำหนดกรอบการทำความร่วมมือทางวิชาการร่วมกันในอนาคตการร่วมมือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ในการขยายเครือข่ายวิชาการสู่ระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพของบุคลากรและนักศึกษาให้ก้าวสู่ระดับสากลอย่างยั่งยืนAssociate Professor Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Dome Adulsuk, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Student Development and Special Affairs, met with a Taiwanese delegation led by CYUT President Professor Tao-Ming Cheng, Ph.D., at the Faculty of Science, Mae Jo University.The meeting focused on expanding cross-border higher education and international research development, key areas outlined during the discussions:Double-Degree Programs: Developing joint curricula to enhance global student mobility and skills.Joint Research: Advancing collaborative scientific research in fisheries and aquatic resource innovation.Full Scholarships: Offering fully funded educational grants from Taiwanese education agencies for qualified Thai students.Academic Planning: Structuring a long-term framework for bilateral academic cooperation.The partnership marks a significant step for Mae Jo University as it accelerates its internationalization strategy, aiming to boost global competitiveness for both faculty members and students.
