วันพุธที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิสรา กิจเจริญ เลขานุการหลักสูตรการประมงและนวัตกรรมการผลิตสัตว์น้ำ พร้อมด้วยนางสาวณัฏฐกานต์ มุกดาจตุรพักตร์ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ (รักษาการหัวหน้างานบริการวิชาการและวิจัย) และนางอัจณรา เสาวฤทธิ์ หัวหน้างานบริการการศึกษาและกิจการนักศึกษา ได้นำนักศึกษาหลักสูตรการประมงและนวัตกรรมการผลิตสัตว์น้ำ คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาดูงานและเรียนรู้นอกสถานที่ ณ หน่วยวิจัยประมงบนพื้นที่สูงดอยอินทนนท์กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชา หลักการพันธุศาสตร์และปรับปรุงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์จริง ทั้งด้านพันธุศาสตร์สัตว์น้ำ การคัดเลือกพันธุ์ การจัดการพ่อแม่พันธุ์ รวมถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพและการปรับปรุงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำให้สอดคล้องกับการดำเนินงานด้านประมงในปัจจุบันการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นกระบวนการดำเนินงานจริงของหน่วยวิจัย ได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการจากห้องเรียนสู่การประยุกต์ใช้ในภาคปฏิบัติ อันเป็นการเสริมสร้างทักษะและประสบการณ์ที่สำคัญต่อการประกอบวิชาชีพในอนาคตทั้งนี้ คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำมุ่งเน้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติ เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากแหล่งเรียนรู้จริง เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการ ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างประสบการณ์ตรงและทักษะวิชาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคการประมงและอุตสาหกรรมสัตว์น้ำอย่างยั่งยืนจากห้องเรียนสู่การเรียนรู้ในพื้นที่จริง ณ หน่วยวิจัยประมงบนพื้นที่สูงดอยอินทนนท์ ?? เพราะการเรียนรู้ที่ดีไม่ได้อยู่เพียงในตำรา แต่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อได้เห็นจริง เรียนรู้จริง และสัมผัสประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นบุคลากรด้านประมงคุณภาพในอนาคต ?????19 August 2026 – Associate Professor Dr. Nisara Kitcharoen, Program Secretary of the Fisheries and Aquatic Animal Production Innovation Program, together with Ms. Nattakarn Mukdajaturaphak, Scientist and Acting Head of Academic Services and Research, and Ms. Ajnara Saorit, Head of Educational Services and Student Affairs, led students from the Fisheries and Aquatic Animal Production Innovation Program, Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, on a field-based learning visit to the Doi Inthanon Highland Fisheries Research UnitThe visit was organized as part of the course Principles of Genetics and Aquatic Animal Breeding, aiming to provide students with practical learning experiences beyond the classroom. During the study visit, students gained valuable insights into aquatic animal genetics, selective breeding, broodstock management, and strategies for enhancing the production potential of aquatic species.This experiential learning activity enabled students to observe real-world research and operational practices, deepen their understanding of breeding and genetic improvement programs, and connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications in the fisheries sector. The visit also provided opportunities for students to engage with researchers and professionals, enhancing their academic and professional competencies.The Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources remains committed to promoting active learning and experiential education by providing students with opportunities to learn directly from industry and research environments. วันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ จัดกิจกรรมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำให้แก่นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสันป่าตองวิทยาคม จำนวน 200 คน เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืนในโอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียน พร้อมแนะนำบทบาท ภารกิจ หลักสูตร และแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะ ผ่านการรับชมวิดีทัศน์แนะนำคณะ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาและการประกอบวิชาชีพด้านการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำจากนั้น นักเรียนได้รับฟังการบรรยายทางวิชาการในหัวข้อ “สายพันธุ์ปลากับการจัดการชนิดพันธุ์ในแหล่งน้ำ” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายของชนิดพันธุ์ปลา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชนิดพันธุ์กับระบบนิเวศ ตลอดจนหลักการจัดการทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำเพื่อรักษาสมดุลและความยั่งยืนของแหล่งน้ำธรรมชาตินอกจากนี้ นักเรียนยังได้ศึกษาดูงานตามฐานการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ ของคณะ ได้แก่ สถานแสดงพรรณปลาภาคเหนือ และ พิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยาทางน้ำ ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้านความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพและทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำของภาคเหนือ รวมถึง ฐานเรียนรู้การเพาะเลี้ยงปลาชะโอน เพื่อเรียนรู้หลักการและกระบวนการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ ตั้งแต่การดูแลพ่อแม่พันธุ์ การอนุบาล การจัดการคุณภาพน้ำ และการเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำให้เหมาะสมในแต่ละช่วงวัยอีกทั้งยังได้เยี่ยมชมการฝึกปฏิบัติงานฟาร์มของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการของคณะ โดยนักเรียนได้เห็นการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ทางวิชาการสู่การปฏิบัติจริง ทั้งด้านการวางแผนการผลิต การจัดการระบบการเลี้ยง การควบคุมปัจจัยแวดล้อม และการดูแลสุขภาพสัตว์น้ำ อันเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญในการผลิตสัตว์น้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพันธกิจด้านบริการวิชาการของคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ที่มุ่งเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำสู่เยาวชนและสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง สร้างความตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ และปลูกฝังแนวคิดการใช้ประโยชน์และการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรสัตว์น้ำอย่างรับผิดชอบและยั่งยืนOn August 18, 2026, the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources organized an academic outreach activity on aquatic resource management for 200 Grade 10 students from Sanpatong Wittayakhom School. The activity aimed to provide students with hands-on learning experiences and enhance their understanding of fisheries technology and aquatic resource management in a systematic and sustainable manner.On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Apinun Suvarnaraksha, Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, warmly welcomed the teachers and students. The participants first viewed an introductory video presenting the faculty’s roles, missions, academic programs, and educational approaches, helping students gain a better understanding of educational opportunities and career pathways in fisheries and aquatic resources.The students then attended an academic lecture entitled “Fish Species and Species Management in Aquatic Ecosystems.” The lecture focused on fostering an understanding of fish biodiversity, the relationships between fish species and aquatic ecosystems, and the principles of aquatic resource management aimed at maintaining ecological balance and sustainability.As part of the program, the students visited several learning stations within the faculty, including the Northern Fish Species Exhibition Center and the Aquatic Natural History Museum, both of which serve as important educational resources showcasing aquatic biodiversity and fishery resources in Northern Thailand. They also participated in activities at the Chao Fish Aquaculture Learning Station, where they learned about aquaculture principles and practices, including broodstock management, larval and juvenile rearing, water quality management, and age-appropriate fish husbandry techniques.In addition, the students observed practical farm training conducted by second-year undergraduate students. This experiential learning component demonstrated how academic knowledge is applied in real-world situations, covering production planning, aquaculture system management, environmental control, and aquatic animal health management. The experience provided valuable insight into systematic and efficient aquaculture production processes.This activity forms part of the Faculty’s academic service mission to serve as a learning center and disseminator of knowledge related to fisheries and aquatic resources for young people and the wider community. The program seeks to promote experiential learning, raise awareness of the value of biodiversity, and foster responsible and sustainable utilization and conservation of aquatic resources.
