เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ จัดกิจกรรม “Fish Fest: Fillet Lab เวิร์กช็อปแล่ปลากับเชฟมืออาชีพ” ณ อาคารนวัตกรรมการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ประมง (Nexfish) เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์จริง และพัฒนาทักษะด้านการจัดการวัตถุดิบสัตว์น้ำให้แก่นักศึกษา โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากบริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด โฮลเซลล์ จำกัด (Go Wholesale)กิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อภินันท์ สุวรรณรักษ์ กล่าวต้อนรับทีมวิทยากรจากบริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด โฮลเซลล์ จำกัด และกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม โดยมีทีมงานผู้จัดกิจกรรม Fish Fest 2026 ร่วมดำเนินงานสำหรับกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ได้รับการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และเทคนิคการจัดการวัตถุดิบจากทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านปลาและอาหารทะเลของ Go Wholesale ได้แก่ทีมงานสำนักงานใหญ่ บริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด โฮลเซลล์ จำกัดนางสาวฐิติพรรณ สินเพราะนิติกุล Head of Commercial - Fish & Seafood, Dairy, Chilled & Frozen Processed Productsนายธีร์ธวัช สอนสวัสดิ์ Fish Specialistนายณัฐพร ค้วนเครือ Senior Manager - Fish & Seafoodนายทักษ์สุธี วารีผล Sustainability Managerทีมงานบริษัท เซ็นทรัล ฟู้ด โฮลเซลล์ จำกัด สาขาเชียงใหม่นางสาวอมราภรณ์ ศรีกาญจนพัฒน์ ผู้จัดการสาขาเชียงใหม่นางสาววารุณี ฟองมูล รองผู้จัดการสาขาฝ่ายอาหารสดนายโกวิท โพธิวอน ผู้จัดการแผนกปลาและอาหารทะเลนางสาวชโรทร สิงห์เรือง ผู้จัดการแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคลนางสาววัชรีพร ทิพย์ปัญญา หัวหน้าแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคลการอบรมแบ่งเป็น 2 รอบ ได้แก่ รอบเช้าและรอบบ่าย รอบละ 10 คน โดยนักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติจริงเกี่ยวกับการจัดการวัตถุดิบสัตว์น้ำ ผ่านกิจกรรมการแล่ปลา 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ ปลาแซลมอนและปลานิลในส่วนของ ปลาแซลมอน ทีมวิทยากรได้นำปลาแซลมอนจำนวน 3 ตัว มาสาธิตขั้นตอนการตัดแต่ง การแล่ และการเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับการทำซาชิมิ พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกปฏิบัติจริงภายใต้คำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญสำหรับ ปลานิล นักศึกษาได้ฝึกทักษะการตัดแต่งและการแล่ปลา ซึ่งเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาสาธิต “ทักษะการแล่เนื้อปลา” ในงานประเพณี 4 จอบแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 41 ระหว่างวันที่ 4–8 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จังหวัดพิษณุโลกกิจกรรม “Fish Fest: Fillet Lab” เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแนวทางการพัฒนานักศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ที่มุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง การสร้างทักษะที่ตอบโจทย์ภาคอุตสาหกรรม และการเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาและภาคธุรกิจ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาสู่การประกอบวิชาชีพในอนาคตOn August 24, 2026, the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, organized “Fish Fest: Fillet Lab: Fish-Filleting Workshop with Professional Chefs” at the Nexfish Building for Innovation in Fisheries Product Processing. The activity aimed to promote experiential learning and develop students’ skills in aquatic raw-material handling, with support from Central Food Wholesale Co., Ltd. (Go Wholesale).The activity was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr.Apinun Suvarnaraksha, who welcomed the team of speakers from Central Food Wholesale Co., Ltd. and officially opened the event. Students gained hands-on experience in aquatic raw-material handling through filleting activities involving two types of fish: salmon and tilapia.For the salmon filleting session, the speakers demonstrated the processes of trimming, filleting, and preparing salmon for sashimi using three salmon. Students were also given the opportunity to practice under the guidance of the experts.For the tilapia filleting session, students practiced fish trimming and filleting techniques as preparation for participating in the demonstration sport competition in Fish Filleting Skills at the 41st National Four-Hoe Competition, which will be held from November 4–8, 2026, at Naresuan University, Phitsanulok Province.The “Fish Fest: Fillet Lab” activity is part of the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources’ student development initiatives, which emphasize experiential learning, industry-relevant skills, and collaboration between educational institutions and the private sector. The activity aims to prepare students for future professional careers in the fisheries and seafood industry.

เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ จัดการบรรยายพิเศษออนไลน์ภายใต้กิจกรรม Mini Conference IAFG 2026 ในหัวข้อ “Fish and Fisheries: Vietnam x Indonesia” ผ่านระบบ Zoom เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษา คณาจารย์ และผู้สนใจ ได้เรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพทางน้ำและวิทยาศาสตร์การประมงในระดับนานาชาติการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบูรณาการความรู้ด้านความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพทางน้ำและวิทยาศาสตร์การประมง ภายใต้ประเด็น “Integrating Aquatic Biodiversity and Fisheries Science under Global Environmental Change” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรประมงและระบบนิเวศทางน้ำในบริบทของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งแวดล้อมโลกภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากต่างประเทศจำนวน 2 ท่าน ร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการประมงในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยในช่วงเวลา 10.00-10.45 น. เป็นการบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Fish and Fisheries in Vietnam” โดย Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoàng ??c Huy จาก University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City ประเทศเวียดนาม ซึ่งได้นำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรประมง สถานการณ์การประมง และความท้าทายในการอนุรักษ์ความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพทางน้ำของประเทศเวียดนามจากนั้นในเวลา 10.45-11.30 น. เป็นการบรรยายในหัวข้อ “Fisheries in Indonesia” โดย Dr. Chalvin Putra Rura จาก School of Life Science and Technology (SITH) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ซึ่งได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประมงของอินโดนีเซีย การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ตลอดจนแนวทางการพัฒนาภาคการประมงให้สอดคล้องกับหลักความยั่งยืนภายหลังการบรรยาย ได้มีการจัดช่วง Discussion Session ระหว่างเวลา 11.30-12.00 น. เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาและผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้ซักถาม แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ตรงจากวิทยากรทั้งสองท่านอย่างใกล้ชิด บรรยากาศเป็นไปด้วยความสนใจและการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างคึกคักการบรรยายพิเศษครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมทางวิชาการที่สำคัญของคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ที่ช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในระดับนานาชาติ พร้อมทั้งสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการด้านการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่นักศึกษาและบุคลากรในการรับมือกับความท้าทายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและการจัดการทรัพยากรทางน้ำในอนาคตOn August 21, 2026, the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, organized an online special lecture as part of the Mini Conference IAFG 2026 under the theme “Fish and Fisheries: Vietnam x Indonesia.” The event was held via Zoom and welcomed students, academics, and interested participants to exchange knowledge and perspectives on aquatic biodiversity and fisheries science at the international level.The conference aimed to promote the integration of knowledge in aquatic biodiversity and fisheries science under the theme “Integrating Aquatic Biodiversity and Fisheries Science under Global Environmental Change.” The event highlighted the importance of understanding and managing aquatic resources and fisheries in the face of global environmental challenges and changing ecosystems.The program featured two distinguished international experts who shared their insights and experiences on fisheries and aquatic resource management in their respective countries.From 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. (Thailand Time)Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoàng ??c Huy from the University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, delivered a lecture entitled “Fish and Fisheries in Vietnam.” His presentation provided valuable information on Vietnam’s fisheries resources, current fisheries status, aquatic biodiversity, and the challenges associated with sustainable fisheries management and conservation.The second session, held from 10:45 to 11:30 a.m., featured Dr. Chalvin Putra Rura from the School of Life Science and Technology (SITH), Indonesia, who presented on “Fisheries in Indonesia.” The lecture explored the fisheries sector in Indonesia, resource management strategies, and sustainable approaches to fisheries development in one of the world’s largest archipelagic nations.Following the presentations, a Discussion Session was conducted from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., providing an opportunity for students and participants to engage directly with the speakers, ask questions, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights from their international experiences and expertise.The event successfully fostered academic exchange and strengthened international perspectives among participants. It also reflected the Faculty’s commitment to enhancing global collaboration and promoting learning opportunities that prepare students and researchers to address emerging challenges in fisheries and aquatic resource management under changing environmental conditions.
