ประมงแม่โจ้จับมือภาคอุตสาหกรรมกุ้ง พัฒนางานวิจัย-ฝึกงาน เสริมศักยภาพกำลังคน|Maejo Fisheries Faculty Strengthens Industry Collaboration to Advance Shrimp Research and Workforce Development
คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ให้การต้อนรับนายยุทธนา รัตโน ประธานชมรมผู้เลี้ยงกุ้งท่าทอง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะฯ และภาคอุตสาหกรรมกุ้ง มุ่งเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการ งานวิจัย และการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคการผลิตความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมการพัฒนางานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงกุ้ง การส่งเสริมโอกาสฝึกงานในสถานประกอบการจริง การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างนักวิชาการและผู้ประกอบการ ตลอดจนการพัฒนาทักษะนักศึกษาให้พร้อมเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมสัตว์น้ำในอนาคตนอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับทิศทางอุตสาหกรรมกุ้งไทย เทคโนโลยีการผลิต การจัดการฟาร์ม และโจทย์วิจัยจากภาคการผลิต เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับประสิทธิภาพและความสามารถในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมกุ้งไทยอย่างยั่งยืนในช่วงบ่าย คณะฯ จัดการบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อ “เส้นทางกุ้งไทยยุคใหม่ จากห้องเรียนสู่ฟาร์มมืออาชีพและธุรกิจที่ยั่งยืน” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายยุทธนา รัตโน ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ในหัวข้อ “เส้นทางกุ้งไทยยุคใหม่ จากห้องเรียนสู่ฟาร์มมืออาชีพและธุรกิจที่ยั่งยืน” พร้อมด้วย นางภารดี หีตเพ็ง บรรยายเรื่อง “หลังบ้านของธุรกิจกุ้ง” และ คุณเจษฏา พงษ์พานิชย์ บรรยายหัวข้อ “การเลี้ยงกุ้งในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน” โดยมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและตอบข้อซักถามร่วมกับนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมกุ้งและสัตว์น้ำในอนาคต.he Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, welcomed Mr. Yutthana Rattano, President of the Tha Thong Shrimp Farmers Club, Surat Thani Province, for discussions on strengthening collaboration between the faculty and Thailand’s shrimp industry. The meeting focused on integrating academic knowledge, research, and human resource development with the needs of the aquaculture sector.Key areas of cooperation include the development of research and innovation in shrimp aquaculture, expanding internship opportunities for students, promoting knowledge exchange between academics and industry professionals, and enhancing students’ skills and competencies to better prepare them for careers in the aquatic animal production industry.The discussion also provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the current situation and future direction of Thailand’s shrimp industry, covering production technologies, farm management practices, challenges faced by farmers, and industry-driven research priorities. These efforts aim to foster practical solutions and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the shrimp sector.In the afternoon, the faculty organized a special seminar entitled “The New Era of Thai Shrimp: From Classroom Learning to Professional Farming and Sustainable Business.” The event featured distinguished speakers from the shrimp industry, including Mr. Yutthana Rattano, who shared insights on the future of Thai shrimp farming and sustainable business development; Ms. Paradee Heetpheng, who presented on business operations and management in the shrimp industry; and Mr. Jessada Pongpanich, who discussed shrimp farming practices in neighboring countries. The seminar provided students and faculty members with valuable industry perspectives, practical experience, and career inspiration.This collaboration represents another important step for Maejo University in connecting education and research with industry needs, while strengthening partnerships among the university, entrepreneurs, and shrimp farmers to support the sustainable growth of Thailand’s shrimp industry.
