คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ จัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์และแผนปฏิบัติการคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 สู่ความเป็นเลิศ” เมื่อวันที่ 28 กันยายน 2569 เพื่อร่วมกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาคณะให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงในปัจจุบัน และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในอนาคต
ในการนี้ คณะได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รัชพล สันติวรากร คณบดีคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษ ถ่ายทอดแนวคิด มุมมอง และประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์องค์กร พร้อมทั้งร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์และแผนปฏิบัติการของคณะ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570
การสัมมนาครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร ได้ร่วมระดมความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์บริบทและศักยภาพของคณะ เพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมาย กลยุทธ์ และแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัย ตลอดจนสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมและภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการร่วมกันออกแบบทิศทางการพัฒนาคณะให้มีความโดดเด่น สร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน และยกระดับการดำเนินงานในทุกมิติ อันจะนำไปสู่การเป็นองค์กรแห่งความเป็นเลิศด้านเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำต่อไปในอนาคต.
The Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, organized a workshop entitled “Strategic and Action Plan Development for the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Fiscal Year 2027: Towards Excellence” on 28 September 2026. The workshop aimed to establish a clear strategic direction for the Faculty in response to current challenges and opportunities while strengthening its capacity for sustainable development and academic excellence.
On this occasion, the Faculty was honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Ratchapon Santiworarakorn, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University, as a guest speaker. He delivered a special lecture on strategic planning and organizational development, sharing valuable insights and experiences in formulating effective strategies. He also provided constructive recommendations for the development of the Faculty’s strategic and operational plans for fiscal year 2027.
The workshop brought together administrators, faculty members, and staff to collaboratively analyze the Faculty’s strengths, opportunities, and future challenges. Participants engaged in discussions to formulate strategic goals and action plans that align with the Faculty’s mission and vision while addressing the needs of stakeholders and society.
This collaborative effort serves as an important step toward enhancing the Faculty’s competitiveness, fostering innovation, and driving organizational excellence. The resulting strategic framework will guide the Faculty in achieving sustainable growth and strengthening its position as a leading institution in fisheries technology and aquatic resources.
